Privacy Policy

Account data. Name, email address, hashed password, profile picture (optional), company name, monthly revenue goal, and other data you provide when creating an account or using the Executive Health Assessment™.

Workspace data. Any content you create inside Founder OS™ — vision statements, priorities, CRM entries, decisions, plans, revenue records, SOPs, weekly reviews, prompts, and files.

Billing data. Stripe processes all payments. We store only your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and receipt metadata. We never receive or store full card numbers or CVCs.

Product analytics. Anonymised usage events via PostHog (self-hosted feature-flag + session-replay platform) to improve the Service. Session replays are enabled in production and can be opted out on request.

Cookies. Authentication cookies (`access_token`, `refresh_token`, `session_token`) and analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

Communications. Emails you send to support@stabilitylogic.com or reply to from our transactional emails.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process subscriptions and prevent fraud via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, beta invitations).
• Generate AI recommendations using Claude Sonnet 4.5 via Anthropic. Your workspace data is sent to Anthropic only at the moment you request a recommendation, and only the minimum context required.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not use your workspace data to train third-party models, and we do not disclose it to anyone except as described here.

Founder OS™ integrates Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 4.5 for AI-generated recommendations. When you invoke an AI feature, the relevant excerpt of your workspace (for example the priorities you are analysing) is transmitted to Anthropic. Anthropic does not retain the content beyond the request/response cycle for standard API usage. See Anthropic’s privacy policy.

We rely on the following processors, each covered by a Data Processing Addendum:

• Anthropic — AI model inference.
• Stripe — subscription payments.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting.
• Cloud infrastructure — application hosting and content-delivery.
• PostHog — product analytics.

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days to allow reactivation, then delete it (except where a legal obligation requires longer retention — e.g. tax records for seven years). You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support@stabilitylogic.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction (California, EU/EEA, UK) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; to object to certain processing; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can exercise any of these rights by writing to support@stabilitylogic.com.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including a right to know what personal information we have collected in the past twelve months, and a right to opt out of “sale” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Databases are encrypted at rest. Access to production is limited to authorised personnel and audit-logged. See our Security page for additional detail.

Founder OS™ is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app banner at least seven days before they take effect. Historical versions are available on request.
