Billing Terms

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe’s Consumer Terms. We store only your Stripe customer ID; we never see or store card numbers or CVCs.

• Starter — $49/month. Charged monthly to the payment method on file. Renews automatically until cancelled.
• Pro — $99/month. Same cadence as Starter.
• Enterprise. Custom terms per your signed order form.

Prices are in United States Dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes, which we may collect on behalf of the relevant tax authority.

Your first charge occurs immediately when you complete Stripe Checkout. The subscription then renews on the same day each month. If a month lacks that day (for example, February 30th), Stripe bills on the last day of the month.

If a charge fails, Stripe will retry over four days per its Smart Retries schedule. During that time your subscription status changes to past due and access remains active. If all retries fail, the subscription moves to cancelled and paid features are locked. You can update your card at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessed from /app/billing.

Upgrades from Starter to Pro take effect immediately. Stripe issues a prorated charge for the balance of the current billing period at the new rate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep the higher tier until then, and are not billed the higher rate on renewal.

You may cancel at any time from /app/billing → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. No further charges are made after cancellation.

See our full Refund Policy. In brief: we honour a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription. After the initial 14 days, subscriptions remain month-to-month with no partial refunds for already-billed periods.

Please contact support@stabilitylogic.com before disputing a charge with your bank. Nine out of ten billing questions can be resolved directly and faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent or wrongful chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

StabilityLogic LLC may grant complimentary or promotional access outside of Stripe (advisors, partners, closed-beta). Promotional access is subject to its own start/end dates and can be revoked at our discretion. It never represents a paid subscription and does not entitle the recipient to a refund.
